Welcome to our second activity letter!
Before we begin, we’d like to take a moment to wholeheartedly express our gratitude for the entire staff, all of whom have made personal sacrifices to ensure that Ten Thousand operates at the highest possible level of resident service even during these difficult times. Working beyond the call of duty, our team has been resolute in providing solutions to resident requests, and many, including our General Manager Michael Du Chateau, had to leave their homes and temporarily move into the building in order to serve residents to our maximum capacity and to ensure uncompromised availability. This perseverance to move through this together, as a team, is inspiring, and we thank you for appreciating our staff’s demonstrated commitment to Ten Thousand and its residents.
